Welcome to the Thank you for your interest in obtaining an IERF evaluation report for your studies. To avoid unnecessary delays, be sure to check if original, official academic records are required for evaluation. To make such a determination, please check the requirements of the institution where you wish to send your IERF report (e.g., university, employer, state board). Submission of Your Academic Records The safety of your educational records is important to us, if original records are required for submission. If you are able to have your school or exam board issue official electronic records directly, please arrange to have your institution send them to records@ierf.org Many schools and boards use a formal digital delivery service, such as MyEquals in Australia and Truecopy in India. We also accept certified true copies that are attested by the school/board and emailed directly to us by the issuing educational institution. In such instances, the email must come from the registrar’s or records’ office, or from a school official whose position we are able to verify within the institution of study. Please note that this email format is not accepted for licensure in the following professions: barbering and cosmetology, massage therapy, nursing and physical therapy. Original training records must be sent by physical mail directly by the school to IERF. If official electronic records are not possible, please arrange to have your original academic records mailed to: IERF 10736 Jefferson Blvd, #532 Culver City, CA 90230 If original academic records are not required , then you will be able to upload full color scans into our application system when you apply. Rush Services Unfortunately, the health and safety measures put in place have impacted our ability to provide rush services. At this time, we are only accepting rush service requests for: instances where official electronic records can be obtained instances where scans of records are accepted for evaluation duplicate reports At this time, we regret that rush services have been suspended where official academic records are being mailed in to our office. Completion of Evaluation Report Once your IERF application and academic records have been received, an electronic evaluation report (PDF) will be issued upon the completion of your evaluation. Many institutions have an account with IERF and are able to access our reports through our online portal. We look forward to being of service. We wish you and your loved ones well.
